Please call the salon ahead of time to let us know if you’re going to be late or a no-show. We know things happen and we understand, but when you don’t call to let us know, it is really hard on everyone involved – our stylists as well as other clients who aren’t able to get in for an appointment. And if you consistently don’t show for appointments without notifying us, we reserve the right to no longer accept appointments from you. We do not accept cancellations or reschedule requests by email, or social media.
